We take pride in our work, and want to make sure it arrives to you, safe and sound. We ship items via USPS First Class Mail. All packages have a tracking number which we are happy to provide to you once your order has shipped.


We try to keep shipping rates as affordable and eco-friendly as we can. We will recycle boxes and packing materials when applicable, and keep our product packaging minimal. We do not typically include invoices or printed receipts unless requested.


Scadoodle now ships anywhere in the world, though we are not responsible for VAT or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office. Please be aware that international orders sometimes get waylaid in customs, which makes the shipping process longer. You may even need to contact your local postal service.


Unique items require unique and personalized customer service. Scadoodle Toys and Games works hard to ensure your happiness with all of our products. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, we welcome you to send us an email via the contact link at the bottom of the page.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the item value, not including shipping costs.

NOTE: Personalized items that cannot be re-stocked (such as any items personalized with names or dates) are non-refundable, and will be considered final sale.

For returns on all other items, please see our criteria below:

 - Item must be new / unused and in the same exact condition as when you received it.

 - Return must be initiated within five days of receipt, according to tracking.

 - You must contact us before returning your item.

Loss/ Damages

 We take care in our shipping, but we know accidents happen. If for some reason your purchase is lost or damaged in the mail, we will be happy to provide a replacement if applicable, or just refund the monetary value of the item and all shipping costs. This replacement / refund will be given once the damaged item is returned and verified to be the same exact item sold, or if postal tracking can not find the missing item. ( In some cases, a photo of the damaged item is all that is needed, rather than physically returning it.) Insurance is purchased on all orders over a certain dollar amount. In those cases we will follow the guidelines of the insurance provider in issuing returns/replacements. This policy on refunds for loss/damage applies to ALL items sold through Scadoodle Toys and Games
